Q: How do I get started?

A: Send me an email, fill out the quote request form, or set up a 30 minute complimentary consultation call by using the TidyCal link.

Q. What exactly do you do once my trip is booked?

A: Clients who book packages with me receive my next steps guide that walks you through what to do and plan for once your trip is booked. 

I also...  

  • help with linking tickets and reservations to your account

  • send reminders about the dates important to your package

  • help make dining reservations

  • serve as your one point of contact for any questions

  • monitor your package for discounts released & more!

Q: Do I lose control of my trip? What if I don't need that much help?​

A: No! I don't "control" your trip. I can help as much - or as little - as you'd like. I have clients who fall into both categories! Packages booked through me do require payment through me - other than that it can be all you!

Q: What does your service cost?

A: For packages (hotel and tickets), your cost: $0. I am paid by your travel destination at the conclusion of your trip. I do not charge additional fees for planning services at this time.

Q: Is your price "marked up" then?

A: No - and in the case of Disney packages, the cost of booking with a travel agent is actually already calculated into the price regardless of whether you use a travel agent or not. You won't see a different price when booking on your own.

Q: What about 3rd party sites? Aren't they cheaper?

A: It is possible, but remember, booking with them is agreeing to their separate terms and conditions, cancellation policies, etc. - PLEASE read that fine print very carefully. Disney has a very generous and gracious cancellation policy for packages booked direct. In addition, the service level is significantly less, you will be on your own to figure out the remaining details of your trip. Big box stores who sell products - just happen to also book travel, I am a small business and legitimately care about your trip, not just collecting your money.

Q: Do you book group travel?

A: Yes!  Multi-generational trips, school or sports trips or any other groups!

Q: How far in advance should I book? 

A: The answer to this is simple, as soon as you know when you'd like to travel and those dates are open - book it! $200 deposit books a package, and any eligible discounts can be applied to packages already booked so there really is no reason to wait.

Q: My trip is already booked, can you still help?

A: Possibly! For Disney, if your trip was booked direct, was done so within the last 30 days and is NOT paid in full it might be transferrable to me. Send me an email so we can discuss!

Q: I want to use points to book a hotel or book it on my own. Can I just get tickets from you?

A: Yes, tickets at 3 days or more will come with limited resources and planning help!

​

Q: What about strollers, car rental, airport transfers, etc. 

A: I can help with and send additional resources for booking all of the above!
